Main Dishes

Kalua Pork Traditional Hawaiian-style shredded pork, slow-cooked to perfection for that tender, smoky flavor. Inspired by the ancient imu (underground oven) method, this dish melts in your mouth with a hint of natural sea salt.

Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Chicken thighs marinated in a sweet and savory blend of shoyu, brown sugar, ginger and garlic,  grilled to juicy perfection

Lau Lau Stew A hearty Hawaiian classic, this stew features tender, slow-cooked pork wrapped in taro leaves 

Vegetarian Japanese Curry Island-inspired Japanese curry with roasted vegetables
