The Olympic Peninsula Wedding Expo

Spouses-to-be and their families are invited to the 2025 Olympic Peninsula Wedding Expo, taking place on Saturday, March 22nd, 2025, at Field Arts & Events Hall, located at 201 W Front Street on the downtown Port Angeles waterfront. Co-hosted by the Port Angeles Chamber of Commerce and Field Arts & Events Hall, with support from CME Experience, this annual event is the only wedding expo on the Olympic Peninsula and a must-attend for anyone planning their celebration where the mountains meet the sea.  

Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with top event professionals, including photographers, florists, bakers, venues, entertainers, wedding planners, makeup artists, calligraphers, and more. These local experts bring the creativity, talent, and resources needed to support your vision.

Applications to join the vendor market are open until March 8th. Interested vendors should apply at https://bit.ly/OPWE25. Two setup options are available: Tabletop Only booths are $250 ($225 if registered by February 3rd) and include one 5ft table and two chairs. No floor display or backdrops - display limited to what can be fit on a table. 8ftx8ft Inline booths are also available for $300 ($275 if registered by February 3rd). Inline booths include one 6ft table and two chairs and allow for floor displays or backdrops within the 8ft x 8ft booth space. Port Angeles Chamber of Commerce members are offered a $50 discount on vendor booth fees.
