Policies for Field Arts & Events Hall
Refund and Exchange Policy
Patrons who choose to insure their tickets with Ludus Protect are eligible for ticket refunds. Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of Ludus Protect.

Field Arts and Events Hall does not offer refunds on uninsured tickets. If you are unable to attend a show, you may be eligible to receive a credit to apply towards a future ticket purchase. General Policies
Field Arts and Events Hall is located at 201 W Front Street, Port Angeles, WA. A map highlighting parking and accessible access is available at www.fieldhallevents.org/access

The Pat Donlin Lobby and upstairs Sunset Bar and Lounge are open two hours prior to most Field Hall Presents events and serves a rotating chef's menu, craft cocktails, local wine and beer, and soft drinks. Food and drink are available for purchase prior to most shows and during intermission; pre-order your drink to avoid the lines!

No pets are allowed inside any part of Field Arts and Events Hall. There is no food or drink allowed in the Donna M. Morris Theater. Flash photography is never allowed in the theater.

Field Hall reserves the right to refuse service to patrons behaving belligerently or putting themselves or others in danger. Patrons will be denied entry or will be escorted out of the building without refund of ticket if inappropriate behavior is observed. By purchasing this ticket, you agree to comply with Field Hall's house rules.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Field Arts & Events Hall). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
